Terms and Conditions

All items are “USED” unless other wise stated. “NEW” may be available at an additional cost.

USED products may have blemishes or scratches.

All NEW items carry a manufacturer’s warranty if provided. Most USED items carry a 90 day warranty through AccuLock, Inc.

If an item is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. YOU MUST initiate the process, but we will help you in every way possible to help resolve the problem.

If you need to return an item, please contact us before returning. There is a 30% restocking fee for all items returned that are not defective.

In most cases it is better for you to exchange an item instead of returning to avoid the 30% restock fee.

Please note that we are now required to obtain a signature from someone over the age of 21 for all orders over $500.

A 3.5% fee (non-refundable) will be charged if you use a credit card or debit card.
