All NEW items carry a manufacturer’s warranty if provided. Most USED items carry a 90 day warranty through AccuLock, Inc.
If an item is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. YOU MUST initiate the process, but we will help you in every way possible to help resolve the problem.
If you need to return an item, please contact us before returning. There is a 30% restocking fee for all items returned that are not defective.
In most cases it is better for you to exchange an item instead of returning to avoid the 30% restock fee.
CREDIT CARD FEES:
A 3.5% fee (non-refundable) will be charged if you use a credit card or debit card.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES – UPS GROUND SHIPPING, SIGNATURE FROM SOMEONE OVER THE AGE OF 21 WILL BE REQUIRED FOR ALL PRODUCTS AND ORDERS VALUED OVER $500.00.
ALL PAYMENTS NEED TO BE RECEIVED BY 12:00 PM CENTRAL TIME TO BE SENT OUT SAME DAY.
ALL SHIPMENTS MAY BE DELAYED DUE TO HOLIDAYS AND OR WEATHER. UPS IS NO LONGER SCANNING PACKAGES UPON PICK UP AT OUR WAREHOUSE. THEY ARE NOW SCANNED UPON ARRIVAL TO THEIR FACILITY IN WHICH CASE COULD POTENTIALLY DELAY YOUR SHIPMENT BY 1 BUSINESS DAY.
PLEASE BE ADVISED IN THESE CASES WE CAN’T PROMISE THE DELIVERY WILL SHOW UP ON TIME. AND IN MOST CASES UPS WILL NOT REFUND CHARGES AND NEITHER WILL ACCULOCK, INC.
