What is the Accu-Lock Customer Loyalty Program?

To say “Thank you” for supporting us with your lock repair business, we wanted to give something back. We decided to put together this Customer Loyalty Program. Accu-Lock’s Customer Loyalty Program is as simple as it sounds. While shopping at Accu-Lock’s online store you will earn Reward Points for the money you spend. These points can then be used to pay for future purchases at acculock.com.

How does the Program work?

When an order is placed, the subtotal amount will be used to calculate the amount of points earned. These points are added to your Rewards Points account as earned points. Should an order need to be adjusted, the adjusted order’s subtotal will be used to calculate points earned. All points will remain pending until your order has been completed and paid for. Once your pending points have been approved, they will be awarded and your Reward account will be credited with the value of those points. The Reward Points are now ready for you to spend on any future online order made to acculock.com.

Points and Values

Point(s) status can only be accessed through your online account. You must log on to your account to check your point balance. During the checkout process you will be able to pay for all or part of your order with your points balance. Shipping fees and taxes are excluded from point calculations. Currently, for every whole $1. USD spent at acculock.com you will earn 1 point. For example: Product Cost: $103.27 USD you will be rewarded with 103 Reward Points. *Please note that orders paid for with points, will not accrue any additional points, and that orders paid partially with points will only earn points on the balance NOT paid with points. In other words, You cannot earn points on a purchase paid with points.

How do I Redeem my earned Reward Points?

If you have any earned points in your Reward Points Account, you can use those points to pay for purchases made at acculock.com Online Store. During the checkout process, on the same page that you select a payment method, there will be a box to enter the amount of points you wish to redeem. Enter the amount of points you would like to spend or check the box to use all available points. Please note, you will still have to select another payment method if there is not enough in your Reward Points Account to cover the cost of your purchase. Continue the checkout procedure and at the confirmation page you’ll notice that the value of the points redeemed will have been credited towards your order. Once you confirm your order, your Reward Points Account will be updated and the points used will be deducted from your balance

Currently there is no minimum balance required to redeem your points. Please note, you will still have to select another payment method if there isn’t enough in your Reward Points account to cover the entire cost of your purchase. We advise that you check this page often as we may make changes to this policy.

No. When calculating the amount of points earned, the shipping fees are excluded.

Yes. When calculating the amount of points earned, all products listed in the Special Offers section of the website are included.

Can I use points combined with coupons?

No. Currently you are not able to combine points with any other offers.

Will I earn points for purchases paid with points?

Yes. When calculating the amount of points earned, any purchases made where points were redeemed will earn the difference.

Are there restricted products?

No. All products sold online through acculock.com qualify for points.

Will my points expire?

No, your points are yours to spend how you wish, and WHEN you wish.
